As a seller, you are probably wondering where do buyers come from and how can you capture most of that pool of buyers.  Well, most studies say 45% of buyers come from other agents.  This is nearly 50% of the pool of buyers!  By offering a strong incentive directly to the agent who brings you the buyer, you are opening the doors for a successful sale.

MLS is the most powerful tool for selling homes and you can have access to this by marketing your home with Global Realty Advisors Network, Inc. Agents that are working with buyers check the MLS system everyday, and sometimes numerous times during the day.  In addition, many buyers are on automated emails with home search criteria that once your home is entered, it can be sent out to hundreds of potential buyers in a single day.

How does this all work?

If you accept an offer from a buyer without an agent, you do not pay any percentage commission; however, opening the marketing of your property to other agents gives you that added advantage.  Also, using our other marketing tools, will help achieve that advantage too.  In using our MLS access, other agents will contact you to schedule a client showing ( we can handle these calls for you as well and email feedback as an extra option).  Should you choose to accept an offer from the agent's buyer, you will pay the commission amount that you list in MLS to cooperating agents.  The commission amount is listed in MLS, so it is not negotiated in the transaction and not even mentioned.  You are also free to add selling bonuses, advertise yourself in newspapers, hold open houses, and more.  We offer many other ways to market your property as well, and you get to choose.  We offer a complementary marketing consultation on ideas like MLS to find the other pool of buyers for your property.
